An International Conference and Exhibition of the Modernization of Chinese Medicine and Health Products in August will give industry players the platform to introduce Chinese health products and medicine to the Canadian market.

In 2014, the total exports of Chinese medicines reached USD 452 million, up 9.3% compared to the previous year. ICMCM is the annual premier event of the Chinese medicine and health products industry. This year, the fair will feature more than 100 exhibitors coming from nine countries and regions including Hong Kong, the Chinese mainland, Macau, France, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan and the US.”[/blockquote]

The conference/fair will be divided into themed zones, which will allow buyers to easily locate vendors of interest. The zones will include beauty and fitness, Chinese medicine, functional foods and products, health supplements, health care and therapy, research and development as well as raw materials, equipment and related services.
The first two days of the conference/fair, August 13 and 14 will cater exclusively to trade visitors for extensive business discussions and promotion of exchange of ideas. On August 15, the doors will be open to the general public.
